Carol Vickers – BA Hons PGD

Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director

Prior to opening Evolving Care, carol successfully owned, operated and managed a domiciliary care business for over 15years; which she developed through a programme of acquisition and extensive tender bids before managing the successful sale of the business in 2009.

In September 2012, Evolving Care was opened. With over 30years experience in the health and social care field, carol along with her management team began to grow evolving care into the business you see today.

James Vickers

Senior Operations Manager

With over 14 years’ experience within the health and social care sector, James is an invaluable and instrumental member of our team. He overseas many aspects of the business and strives towards making our business and our team the best it can be. He is fully committed to ensuring all our customers are cared for professionally and with dignity whilst ensuring that their independence is paramount.  James works throughout each area of the business tirelessly and is a true asset.

Kirsty Woodvine

Senior Operations Manager

Kirsty, along with overseeing managerial decisions is responsible for the daily and continual guidance of our mental health relations regarding our customers and staff. Kirsty is a our RGN and has a wealth of experience in the area. She has driven and improved our performance in relation to making sure that all our customers mental health needs are catered for and reviews this needs on a regular basis. Kirsty is a valued member of the team and brings much to offer.

Anne Porter

Senior Operations

An experienced operator Anne brings a wealth of expertise to Evolving Care; with over 25 years’ experience in social care her commitment, compassion and drive are outstanding. Working in both medium and large organisations Anne’s knowledge and insight to the industry is exceptional.

Paul Woodvine

Senior Operations Manager

Paul has over 10 years’ experience working within the industry and he provides a valuable and realistic approach to our business. He is extremely motivated, dedicated and passionate about person centred care and customer experience. He is dedicated to ensuring that all areas which he is responsible for run smoothly and will always take the lead when the situation arises. Paul has previously worked for a multi-national company and as such his knowledge and insight is invaluable.

Kerry Varney BA (Hons)

Performance Manager

With over 20 years care worker experience Kerry is extremely valuable to our business. She has 6 years care co-ordinator experience, 2 years Registered Manager experience and 2 years Performance Manager experience, which is the role she currently performs. Kerry completes all Induction training with new care staff which is the Care Certificate and this is done in-house.  Additional training can be done online using an external provider, which she finds and sources out. Kerry is a fantastic manager and as a business and team we value Kerry immensely.

Suzanne Bottomley

Finance Account Manager

As a Member of the AAT, Suzanne’s experience spans over 10 years’ experience both in practise and industry which is complemented by formal qualifications.

Suzanne is a highly motivated, confident account manager with exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills; she has extensive experience of identifying the needs of customers. Suzanne possesses a significant record of achievement in account management and quickly understood the mission, vision and values of our organisation.
